"MrCreamsicle" left a review without having read through the app. The app has a lengthy "tips" section and informs of the danger of drinking too much water. It has a link to an article about this issue.
I agree with another reviewer who asks for the option of weight in pounds and who points out that our age will change each year making the input data to the formula of how much to drink no longer correct.
Overall, I am very pleased with this app. I am pretty good about drinking water anyway, but this helps me on those days or time of day when I get lazy about drinking more.
