Missing basic functionality

- Max age you can select is 60.
- You cannot select a time for anything beyond 22:59 hours.
- Theres no option for non-military time.

I think the interface is a bit complex with options behind unfolding panels. Also, it turns on all types of alarms in Notification Center.
